At Fit4V, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Opened or used personal care and hygiene products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
  3. If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate.
