At Fit4V, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery information below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods such as holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier issues, weather events, or peak shopping seasons. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Fit4V is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to make the correction before shipment.
